The 16-Week Video Course
As you’ve probably noticed by now, this isn’t a “Take this meal plan and follow it” type of program. It’s about teaching you how to manage your nutrition for the long-term.
I recommend going through one lesson per week, and implementing the action points, before moving onto next week’s lesson, making progress the whole way along. However, if you feel you need to take things a bit slower, or you feel you can nail these aspects more quickly, feel free to go at your own pace!
